Ownr needed to stand out from the overpromises of the big banks and get the small business community to see them as more than just start up support.
They needed to be positioned as the go-to destination for Canadian entrepreneurs to both start AND grow their business.

Solution
Entrepreneurs know that owning a business is never going to be easy, it’s a huge learning curve; full of red tape, legal jargon, mountains of paperwork, and financial hurdles. Rather than tell them it's going to be a breeze, we showed small business owners succeeding amidst the chaos which proved to be relatable and a more authentic way to connect with the target.
A key goal of this first mass campaign for Ownr was to build overall awareness of Ownr as an indispensable tool for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Google estimated that users who saw this campaign were 3.5x more likely to search for Ownr by name (314k lifted users).
